The installation went great. Alex and his partner did an excellent job. Their attention to detail was second to none; both on the exterior and millwork interior. Alex and Vlad came to replace the front door and patio doors. They did and excellent job! We are very happy with the quality of the quality of the doors and professionalism of the installation.

Gienow came and did a free quote then had Tony and Alex do the install. They worked long hours and did a great job on a few tough-to-acces basement windows. Alex explained everything to me after the install. Overall quite happy with the work and at a competitive price.

Five years ago we replaced our living room windows and a bedroom with Gienow Renovations. Since they did a good job then, In September 2019 we decided to do the rest of the house; two bedrooms and the kitchen. The whole process from our salesman (Jay) to the install crew (Alex and Tony) went very smoothly and professionally. Install looks great. Fit is good. Old windows and garbage cleaned up and removed from site. Would recommend and use again when we have to do the doors.

Andrew showed up on time and solved our question between a bay and a regular window super quick. We'd put in a extra deep regular slider in our kitchen so we could have a few plants on the edge but not have to pay "Bay" type prices. After that it was easy 5 weeks later Alex and Tony showed up and put the window in quick, effeciently and cleaned up well after themselves. Couldn't have asked for any better.

Right from the initial in home consult with Trevor till the final install was finished the whole process was very professional. Alex the installer called ahead of time and confirmed the details , and then showed up and meticulously removed old window and went to great lengths to ensure proper fit and seal was attained. I appreciated that he took the time to do it right and not just rip out the old and slam in the new one. I would bet that Alex is Gienows # 1 installer and If you can ask for him to do your Installation I would definitely recommend him.

After a great experience with Gienow, when we replaced all our windows a few years ago, we decided to get them to manufacture and install two exterior doors. The quality of Gienow's windows and doors is excellent. From Trevor the estimator to Alex the installer, the whole process has been customer-oriented and very professional. We had our windows replaced on our main level and went with Gienow since our neighbour used them. The guy who did the quote (Andrew) was friendly and thorough throughout the initial inspection, and made the appropriate recommendations based on what we wanted. He also handled the rebate portion for us.
They sent Alex's team for the install and they were great. They were respectful and they cleaned the area thoroughly enough when they finished.
The windows have been in for a few months now and we have nothing to complain about. We'll probably go with Gienow again when it comes time to replace our doors.

Wonderful job done professionally, replaced all my 1960's windows with triple pane low argon eco comfort series windows. significant difference in heat loss and noise. can hardly hear the cars and busses and the temp what used to be 20-21 setting is now 17-18. The team of Alex kuz'min, Tony & Max were patient in details and finishing. I would recommend them to all. Very satisfied with the work. Best value for my hard earned money.

I needed to replace my kitchen window and garden door and had a few companies to give me quotes. After meeting with TJ Marriott I was very impressed with the company, there were not the cheapest nor the most expensive but TJ was very knowledgeable and took time to address my questions. My installers were Alexey and Kirill and I could not be more pleased with there work. The new window and door look great and the workmanship is excellent. Instead of just ripping out the old window and door they took time to cut them out so there was no damage to the drywall in the house or the siding.
